The manor was designed by the American architect E Baldwin in 1883. The foundations date from the Middle Ages considering the thickness of the walls and the presence of the arrow slits in the 5 m high vaulted wine cellar.

The building has 14 rooms on two floors with a total surface of 700m2 + the attic is easily transformable into rooms (337m2) + the cellars (300m2). The original oak trusses are in a sound and dry state. The roof is covered with slates from the Corrèze.

We conserved the interior and exterior in its original state.

There is although new electricity in the entire building fitted by BARRE electrician in St Cyprien and the heating and plumbing was done by Molénat enterprise also from the village.
